Jackson’s gives LIC something it always needs more of: a happy hour that is actually worth scheduling around. The menu has $5 selected draft beers, $8 cava, $9 sangria and wine, $10 cocktails, and a very respectable lineup of bar bites, including $7 tacos, sliders, and mofonguitos.
