Our Story:

All the way from Istanbul

Abracadabra Magic Food was founded in Istanbul in 2004 by food artist Dilara Erbay Bugdayci and creative director Ahmet Bugdayci as a culinary project, including restaurants, catering, workshops, in Istanbul based on a modern interpretation of multicultural Turkish cuisine.  Known as the pioneers of the New Turkish cuisine,  this concept's most famous project Abracadabra Istanbul was chosen one of the best 50 restaurants in the world by Conde Nast Travel in 2010.

Since Abracadabra Magic Food moved to New York in 2012 it's been offering conscious food, farm to table pop ups, catering, wellness, sacred plants, organic farming, kambo medicine, retreats in NYC and in Abracadabra Magic Farm in Hudson Valley.  Their Williamsburg location Abracadabra Brooklyn & Bushwick location Abracadabra Magic Deli are moved to 566 Onderdonk ave 11385, Ridgewood, under Abracadabra Magic Diner and still serving takeaway catering from all online platforms.
