Its creators have worked behind the scenes of some of the city’s most influential stages and intimate performance houses, shaping experiences where spectacle, intimacy, and craft intersect.

The culinary program is developed in collaboration with a dedicated culinary team whose work approaches dessert as ritual. Each course is indulgent, precise, and intentionally paced throughout the evening, accompanied by thoughtfully composed mini cocktails and non-alcoholic libations designed to move in dialogue with the performance.
